Armin Heining, Berlin, Germany, is the founder GAY-TANTRA® (since 1992). For more than three decades he has been guiding thousands of men in Europe and North America through retreats and trainings exploring the connection between sexuality, heart and consciousness. His work creates spaces of trust, embodied experience and brotherhood among men.
Your Journey Begins Before Arrival
After registration you will receive a welcome email from Armin with links to preparation films introducing important elements of the retreat practice.
Participants will also complete a short questionnaire so that facilitator and participants can already connect before the retreat begins.
This allows you to arrive more relaxed, open and prepared for the shared journey.

Singles, couples and friends are welcome.
No previous tantric experience is required.
Only curiosity, openness and the willingness to explore.
The Rhythm of Your Transformation
Each day we follow a sacred cycle:
• Dawn: Awakening the Source. Igniting the sleeping spring through breath and the fire of meditation.
• Midday: The Art of Sacred Touch. Learning to listen to the body as a divine instrument. Awakening the Living Body. Learning to express yourself through voice, breath and movement.
• Siesta: Merging with Nature. Time by the sea, where silence becomes medicine.
• Sunset: The Brotherhood. The power of vulnerability and the magic of open - hearted connection.
• Twilight: Rituals of Integration. Diving into the depths where energy becomes a prayer.
A Path of 7 Steps: From Earth to Infinity
Day 1: Arriving, Letting Go and Feeling Trust
You begin by arriving fully in the space and in your body. Through relaxation, playful movement and encounters with the other men, a sence of trust slowly emerges. Movement and breathing exercises soften the body and prepare it for deeper energetic experiences.
Brotherhood
Day 2: Creative Confrontation
Creative confrontation with the other members of the group allows you to experience your masculine power. Together we challenge each other to grow beyond familiar patterns.
A creative inner journey reconnects you with the inner boy who enjoys play, touch and closeness - and who is often deeply wounded.
Day 3: Becoming Multi-Orgasmic: Preparation
We explore the essential ingredients of a full-body experience: breath, sound, movement and conscious touch.
You will also learn how genital touch can become a refined tantric art that awakens energy throughout the entire body.
Meeting in Presence
Day 4: Becoming Multi-Orgasmic: Experience
Participants exchange Multiple-Orgasmic Genital Stimulation and may discover the first level of full-body orgasmic reactions.
This practice can open the door to a deeper experience of pleasure, vitality and presence.
Day 5: The Yin-Yang Experiment
Through a guided creative trance you explore the polar energies within yourself – strength and softness, action and surrender.
Hidden aspects of your personality may emerge and find playful expression.
Joyful Brotherhood
Day 6: Chakra & Bonding
You explore the chakra energy system and the flow of sexual energy in the body.
Through breath, visualization and touch you experience the Chakra Wave – a practice that deepens energetic connection between partners.
A tantric ritual celebrates sensuality, erotic life energy and the joy of being fully alive.
Day 7: Integration & Closing
We integrate the experiences of the week and reflect on how this vitality can continue in everyday life.
The retreat closes with a circle of brotherhood and a glimpse of the ongoing path of GAY-TANTRA® (since 1992).
