Announcement: The Main Event of the Year for Community Leaders

We announce the gathering of those who co-create the space of awareness, strength, and trust around the world. M4M Leadership Summit 2027 is a closed 8-day synergy meeting for Facilitators, Ambassadors, and Sovereign Circle Patrons of the M4MTantra ecosystem.

This is not just a convention or a conference. This is the assembly point of our international brotherhood in one of the most beautiful places of power in the Mediterranean — at the ANANDA retreat center. It is a time to align our compasses, exchange deep experiences, define the strategy for the global scaling of M4M, and, most importantly, fill ourselves with pure energy in a circle of equals.

Admission by special invitation only. A space where leaders shed their masks to strengthen their inner core and lay the foundation for the future.

Summit Program: The Power of Synergy (8 Days)

Day 1: Arrival & Attunement

  • Day: Arrival of participants at the ANANDA retreat center, accommodation, grounding, and adaptation.

  • Evening: Official Opening of the Summit. Welcome sharing, attunement of male energies, and manifestation of intentions for the week.

Day 2: Personal Alignment & Embodiment

  • Morning: Kundalini yoga and breathing practices to activate the leadership center.

  • Day: “The Leader’s Inner Compass” session. An honest review of personal resources, working with ego, boundaries, and burnout prevention.

  • Evening: Evening tantric practice to restore balance and relax the mind.

Day 3: M4M Ecosystem Evolution

  • Morning: Body-oriented practices to unlock the voice and manifestation.

  • Day: Strategic Session (Block 1). Presentation of the future of M4MTantra: scaling clubs, launching festivals, and developing permanent residences worldwide.

  • Evening: Informal networking dinner by the pool. A time for deep personal dialogues.

Day 4: Transmission & Mastery (Facilitators' Day)

  • Morning: Grounding practice “Axis of Instinct”.

  • Day: Mastermind of leading masters. Experience exchange, analysis of complex group cases, and transmission of tools for holding deep spaces.

  • Evening: Shadow Tantra. A closed ritual for shadow integration and working with suppressed emotions (exclusive to Summit participants).

Day 5: The Mountain & Silence (Expedition to the Heart of the Mountains)

  • Morning: Early departure deep into the Alicante region (magical valleys and mountain gorges).

  • Day: Silent Walk to the peaks of power, followed by a fraternal picnic at high altitude with a panoramic view of the Mediterranean Sea. “Absolute Trust” partner practice.

  • Evening: Return to Ananda. Thermal recovery: sauna, pool, and gentle integration of the experience.

Day 6: The Ocean & Vision (Leaders' Marine Odyssey)

  • Morning: Hearty breakfast at the villa and transfer to the port.

  • Day: Sailing on yachts. Time for strategic communication among the top community on deck. Mooring in a wild bay, “Rebirth in the Elements” practice, and lunch with fresh seafood on board.

  • Evening: Sunset Satsang & Mastermind. Evening session at sunset on the ANANDA terrace. Discussion of ideas born from the Water element.

Day 7: Co-Creation & Celebration

  • Morning: Tantric circle of power and partner yoga.

  • Day: Finalizing agreements. Creation of the “M4M Leaders' Manifesto”, planning the retreat calendar and areas of responsibility for the upcoming year.

  • Evening: White Gala Dinner. A festive dinner in white attire. Gratitude to Patrons, Ambassadors, and Facilitators for their contribution to the development of the ecosystem. Live music and celebration.

Day 8: Departure & Carrying the Flame (Integration & Blessing)

  • Morning: Final morning sharing, feedback exchange. Ritual of passing the inner fire.

  • Midday: Brotherly hugs, checkout, and departure of participants.

Terms of Participation and Organization Fee

M4M Leadership Summit is a non-profit event. The M4MTantra project takes care of the organization, attraction of masters, program development, and conducting all strategic sessions.

Participation in the Summit depends on your role in the ecosystem:

  • Patrons (Sovereign Circle): Participation is completely free of charge (included within the closed club status).

  • Facilitators: Participation is completely free of charge (the project covers accommodation and program costs as a token of gratitude for your contribution and leading the practices).

  • M4M Club Members, Ambassadors, and Volunteers: The amount of the organization fee is calculated individually. It covers solely the cost price of your stay at the base (comfortable accommodation at the ANANDA retreat center, three meals a day from a chef, transfers, the mountain expedition, and sailing yacht rentals). Personal grants partially or fully covering this fee are provided for top ambassadors and the most active community members based on the results of 2026–2027.

How to join the Summit:

  1. Click the “Apply for Participation” button.

  2. Complete a short interview with the organizing committee.

  3. Once your application is approved, the coordinator will secure your participant status and arrange the final details.
