The 3,677 m² property comprises just one intimate block with 15 apartments. This guarantees exceptional privacy and an intimate atmosphere.

The ANANDA project offers three housing formats designed for maximum comfort and functionality.
1+1 (10 apartments) – apartments with one bedroom and a living room. Ideal for a private getaway or rental. Two apartments of this type have private access to the garden.
2+1 (1 apartment) – a spacious apartment with two bedrooms and a living room, complemented by a private garden.
2+1 Duplex (4 apartments) – two-story residences with two bedrooms and a living room. A symbol of status and comfort.
Special Gift: Buyers of duplexes receive a full set of appliances (refrigerator, washing machine, and dishwasher) as a gift.

The 1+1 format is most popular for short-term rentals (income up to €11,220 per year), while 2+1 and duplexes are ideal for families or long-term retreat participants.

Project and Payment Schedule
Construction Start: November 2026 | Completion: December 2027
Easy Entry into the Project:
Reservation: €2,000 (€1,000 for Sovereign Circle Patrons).
Downpayment: 10% one month after the start of work.
Final Payment: The remainder is due within 15 days of completion.
Full ownership for foreign citizens.
