Booking & Payment Policy

IMPORTANT: Please read this text carefully before proceeding with any transactions on this page.

To ensure clarity and security for all participants, we adhere to the following terms and conditions:

1. Payment Methods

We accept non-cash payments only through the following systems:

  • PayPal

  • Payoneer

  • Bank Transfer (SWIFT/SEPA)

  • Please note: Cash payments are not accepted.

2. Booking Options

All prices listed on the website are per person for the entire duration of the retreat.

  • Full Payment: Selecting this option means you are paying 100% of the retreat cost upfront.

  • Registration Fee: You may choose to pay only the Registration Fee to secure your spot.

    • Note: The Registration Fee is non-refundable.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellation 30+ days before the start date: We provide a 100% full refund of the amount paid.

  • Cancellation less than 30 days before the start date: We will refund the total amount minus the Registration Fee (which is withheld as a processing and booking fee).

 


By proceeding with your payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

4. Special Program Notes

  • Cruises: You must confirm your specific dates with our manager before booking (or immediately after).

  • Volunteers: The price listed for volunteers is for a 1-month duration and includes accommodation, meals, and practices. Please ensure you have read the information in the "Our Temple" section before applying.

5. Discounts & Grants

If you hold a promotional discount or a Grant, all bookings and payments must be processed exclusively through our manager. Automated website checkouts do not apply to these special cases.
