Armin Heining, founder of GAY-TANTRA® since 1992, has accompanied men internationally for more than three decades through retreats, trainings and transformational body-centered work.
His approach combines embodiment, meditation, emotional openness, conscious sexuality and grounded spiritual practice within safe and respectful spaces for men.
Your Journey Begins Before Arrival
Upon registration, participants receive access to the educational film “Ultimate Gay Sex” and additional preparation materials to familiarize themselves with the atmosphere, practices and intention of the weekend.
This allows participants to arrive more relaxed, informed and open for the experience ahead.

The Rhythm of the Weekend
Friday Evening - Building Trust
The first evening focuses on arrival, grounding and creating a safe and respectful atmosphere within the group.
Through encounter exercises, movement, breath and meditation, participants begin relaxing into connection, openness and trust.
Saturday - Arriving in the Body · Conscious Touch · Awakening Energy
The second day focuses on embodiment, sensuality and conscious erotic energy.
Through active and silent meditations, participants gradually sensitize the body and learn to perceive energy flowing through different areas of themselves.
The exploration of the body through seven energetic segments helps deepen awareness, relaxation and presence.
Conscious genital touch and massage practices invite participants to connect with pelvic energy, sexual vitality and embodied aliveness in a respectful and carefully guided space.
The focus is not performance, but awareness, connection and the experience of sexual energy flowing through the whole body.
Sunday - The Ritual of Sexual Energy Massage
On the final day, the different elements gradually come together in the ritual of Sexual Energy Massage.
Breath, touch, energy, awareness and connection merge into a shared meditative experience of presence, embodiment and conscious sensuality.
The retreat concludes with integration, sharing and grounding, allowing participants to reflect on their experiences and explore how the journey may continue in daily life.
