Awakening the Source: 7 Days of Tantric Rebirth
This isn't just a yoga tour. It's a return home—to your body, your heart, your primordial wildness. Seven days to shed old skin, dissolve boundaries, and remember what it means to truly feel.
Path Schedule:
Day 1: Grounding and Merging.
A meeting of souls. We slow down to hear the beating of the earth. A practice of connecting through the eyes (Eye Contact) and gentle Hatha Yoga to root ourselves in the present moment.
Day 2: Breath of the Elements.
Igniting the inner fire. Deep pranayama and ecstatic breathing. We learn to breathe with the whole body, filling every cell with life force (Prana).
Day 3: Dance of Shadows and Light.
Liberation. Intuitive movement and Tantric dance. We allow the body to move as it desires, releasing blocked emotions and finding true freedom.
Day 4: Heart Wide Open (Day of Silence).
Immersion in Anahata. The day is spent in silence. Group meditations to open the heart center and work with the energy of love that requires no words.
Day 5: The Magic of Touch.
The art of Tantric Massage. We learn to touch not the skin, but the soul. A practice of conscious touch in couples (respecting boundaries and sacredness), awakening subtle sensitivity.
Day 6: Ecstasy of Presence.
Celebration of Life. Tantric rituals of worship of the divine within each person. We unite heaven and earth, spirit and matter in a single flow of joy.
Day 7: Integration and Radiance.
Return to the world. The final circle, consolidation of practices, and a blessing to carry this light further. You leave as a different person—renewed, alive, vibrant.
